Shipping policy

Your order is made especially for you. Production takes an estimated 2–5 business days, beginning the next business day after you place your order. We process orders Monday–Friday; orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.

After production, standard shipping takes an estimated additional 3–4 business days, beginning when the carrier receives your package. Transit time is separate from production time.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, so please reach out to the shipping carrier for any lost packages.
