Hello Dear Friend š
Lately, Iāve been thinking about how quickly life can wear us down. Between the responsibilities, unexpected changes, and moments of self-doubt, it sometimes feels like Iām running on empty. Have you ever felt like that? Like no matter how hard you try, thereās always more to do, more people to take care of, more challenges to overcome?
Iāve been finding myself drawn to the words of Isaiah 40:31: āBut those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.ā Thereās something powerful in those words. Godās promise to renew our strength isnāt just for the days when weāre feeling good; itās especially for the times when weāre at our lowest, struggling to even take the next step.
The other day, I was feeling especially exhausted and decided to just sit quietly and pray. I didnāt have fancy words or long, thought-out prayersājust a simple, āGod, I need You.ā And in that moment, I felt a kind of peace that I canāt fully explain. It didnāt make my to-do list any shorter, but it reminded me that I donāt have to carry everything alone.
If youāre feeling worn down today, I want you to know that God sees you, loves you, and is there to renew your strength, too. Maybe the first step is just taking a few moments to pause, breathe, and remind yourself that you donāt have to do it all alone.Ā
Sending you love and peace today, my friend. š¤š
Warmly,
Kimberly
